Tinto Especial – Café Cristetto
Elegant and balanced, Tinto Especial is born in Trujillo, Valle del Cauca. We select washed batches and roast them to a medium point to highlight sweetness and clarity. On the nose: warm spices and vanilla. On the palate: nuts, malt, and dark chocolate with a subtle citrus note. Fresh and bright acidity, smooth and creamy body, and a sweet, lingering aftertaste. Excellent for espresso and filter methods like V60 or Chemex. SCA Score: 84.
