Gran Reserva is our most elegant and complex selection. It originates in Trujillo, Valle del Cauca, and undergoes a controlled fermentation that enhances its natural sweetness and the clarity of its profile. On the nose, red fruits and sweet chocolate stand out; on the palate, red fruits with wine notes, juicy and bright acidity, silky body, and a long finish with hints of cocoa are perceived. A versatile coffee that shines in filter methods (V60, Chemex, Kalita) and also in espresso for intense and aromatic cups. SCA Score: 87.
